addresses the potential duplication between FNS 191 and selected
DHHS information collections. However, FNS has not answered OMB
concerns about duplication between FNS 101 (Food Stamps Civil
Rights Collection Report) and DHHS collections in the
Administration on Aging, Medicare/Medicaid and Head Start.
