Abstract: SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS. RETIREMENT BENEFITS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-1535 IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE THE CENSUS BUREAU SUFFICIENT IFENTIFYING INFORMATION TO ALLOW ACCURATE SEARCH OF CENSUS RECORDS FOR PROOF OF AGE OF AN INDIVIDUAL. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED TO OBTAIN A CENSUS RECORD IN ORDE TO PROVE THEIR AGE.
