Abstract: THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES STATES TO KEEP THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER CLAIMS MADE BY THE STATE FOR FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION ARE VALID. THE DATA ARE USED TO INSURE THAT STATE PAYMENTS TO PARTICIPANTS DO NOT EXCEED THE LIMIT DETERMINED BY T SECRETARY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF STATES WHICH ELECT TO TO OPERATE COMMUNITY WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAMS.
