Abstract: TO INSURE THAT SHIPYARD PERSONNEL DO NOT ENTER ANY SHIPS' SPACES THAT CONTAIN OXYGEN DEFICIENCY, TOXIC, OR FLAMMABLE ATMOSPHERES, QUALIFIED PERSONNEL MUST TEST THESE SPACES AND THE RESULTS OF THESE TESTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO MUST ENTER THESE SPACES SO THEY CAN TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS.
