Abstract: A PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL IS REQUIRED TO CONSIDER STATUS APPLICANTS AND/OR REINSTATEMENT ELIGIBILES EMPLOYED BY OTHER TREASURY OFFICES OUTSIDE OF IRS, OTHER AGENCIES, OR BY PRIVATE INDUSTRY (IF CANDIDATES HAVE REINSTATEMENT ELIGIBILITY). BOTH FPM 335 FEDERAL PROMOTION REGULATIONS, AND IRM 0335, IRS PROMOTION REGULATIONS REQUIRE SYSTEMATIC RANKING PROCEDURES WITH AN APPRAISAL AS A REQUIRED METHOD OF CONSIDERATION.
