Terms of Clearance: The justification statement must be limited to the notification requirement. Other required activities must be justified separately. In addition, the title of this information collection should remain "notification of hazardous waste activity" because the collection and OMB approval covers more than used oil notification. This disapproval only affects used oil notification and not the other collections 2050-0028.
