Abstract: IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR PERMITS, OWNERS/OPERATORS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE INCINERATORS MUST COLLECT INFORMATION ON WASTE ANALYSIS, FACILITY DESCRIPTION, TRIAL BURN PLAN, PERFORMANCE, AND OPERATING RECORD. EPA USES THE DATA TO ENSURE THAT THESE FACILITIES MEET PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.
