Abstract: AIR POLLUTION CONTROL, SEWAGE SLUDGE, SEWARGE TREATMENT, PARTICULATES OPERATIONS OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS MUST NOTIFY EPA OF THE CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATION, SHUTDOWN, MALFUNCTION, AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TESTS. THE OPERATORS ARE REQUIRED TO INSTALL, CALIBRATE, MAINTAIN, AND OPERATE A FLOW MEASURING AND WEIGHING DEVICE TO DETERMIN THE VOLUME/MASS OF SLUDGE, AND THE MASS OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE CHARGED TO THE INCINERATOR.
