Abstract: SOURCES SHALL CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR AND RECORD OPACITY, AND REPORT ALL EXCESS EMISSIONS QUARTERLY. SOURCES USING WET SCRUBBER CONTROLS SHALL INSTEAD CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR AND RECORD PRESSURE LOSS OF GAS AND LIQUID THROUGH SCUBBER. VALUES NOT WITHIN 90 PERCENT OF THE PERFORMAN TEST VALUES SHALL BE REPORTED QUARTERLY. SOURCES MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, INITIAL START-UP, DATE AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TEST, & ANY STARTUPS, SHUTDOWNS OR MALFUNCTIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE..
