This package
deals with the requirement that exporters of certain commodities to
the PRC submit an import certificate prepared by the PRC
government, along with their application for export to ITA. The PRA
covers the requirement that exporters submit these certificates,
but not the requirement imposed by the PRC government on its own
importers to complete the certificates. Therefore, the number of
hours requested has been reduced to reflect the lesser burden
covered by the PRA.
