Abstract: SECTION 1903 (A)-(D) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT TO STATES FOR THE FEDERAL SHARE OF THE STATES' PROGRAM AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THIS, THE MEDICAID STATE AGENCIES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE HCFA-64 QUARTERLY TO REPORT THEIR PROGRAM AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENDITURES.
