in each decimal subpart of the assignment of one burden hour for an
estimated five zone changes per year (Part 146.7), and assignment
of one burden hour for 3 activations per year (Part 146.6). In
addition, Customs is to submit by January 15, 1986, information
concerning the citation for Department of Commerce regulations
implementing Title XV 400.600-.609 (19 USC 81-81u) and the OMB
docket number under which an application for activation is
submitted to Commerce.

RECORDKEEPING SYSTEM STATUTE AND REGULATIONS THE OPERATOR WILL
