Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by the listing of parts containing information collection requirements, the explanation of collection requirements contained in each decimal subpart of the assignment of one burden hour for an estimated five zone changes per year (Part 146.7), and assignment of one burden hour for 3 activations per year (Part 146.6). In addition, Customs is to submit by January 15, 1986, information concerning the citation for Department of Commerce regulations implementing Title XV 400.600-.609 (19 USC 81-81u) and the OMB docket number under which an application for activation is submitted to Commerce.
