Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES FAR PART 121 AIR CARRIER CERTIFICATE HOLDERS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL KITS TO ENHANCE THE POTENTIAL FOR DIAGNOSIS AND INITIAL TREATMENT OF MEDICAL EMERGENCIES DURING FLIGHT. THE REPORTING BURDEN IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT AND TYPE OF USAGE THESE KITS RECEIVE.
