Abstract: THE PLAN IS REQUIRED TO FACILITATE MONITORING OF THE IFG PROGRAM STATE PERSONNEL RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTERING AND AUDITING THE PROGRAM SINCE THE PROGRAM IS STATE ADMINISTERED, BUT COST SHARED (25 PERCENT STATE AND 75 PERCENT FEDERAL). IT ALSO PROVIDES A GUIDE FOR STATE PERSONNEL RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM.
