Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL GATHER INFORMATION FOR MARCH 1986 ON TURNOVER VOLUME IN THE U.S. FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARKET FROM 135 BANKING INSTITUTIONS, 10 BROKERS, AND 19 NONBANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. THE INFORMATION WILL MATERIALLY ASSIST IN THE EVALUATION OF MARKET CONDITIONS AND IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MONETARY POLICY.
