Abstract: FEDERAL AID PROGRAMS, FARM REAL ESTABE SECURITY, CREDIT SERVICE LOANS THIS REGUALTION HAS BEEN REVISED AND REDESIGNATED TO COMPLY WITH AN OVERALL RESTRUCTURING OF FMHA REGULATIONS AND TO INCORPORATE ENACTED LEGIALTION AFFECTING THESE REGULATIONS. THIS WILL PROVIDE MORE RESPONSIVE AND EQUITABLE CREDIT SERVICE TO FARMERS AND OTHER RURAL RESIDENTS.
