Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU WILL BE CONDUCTING THE 1986 TEST CENSUS PROGRAM IN CENTRAL LOS ANGELES COUNTY AND EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI. IN ORDER TO ENUMERATE PEOPLE RESIDING IN GROUP QUARTERS HOUSING, THE CENSUS BUREAU WILL CONDUCT SPECIAL PLACE OPERATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REGULAR OF DATA COLLECTION.
