Abstract: APPLICATION PRESENTS BASIC INFORMATION FROM NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIO TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EDA ACT (42 USC 3211(A)), IN PARTICULAR, THOSE OF SECTION 301(A) OF P.L. 89-136, AS AMENDED, AND OF 13 CFR 307, SUB-PART 1, ESPECIALLY PARAGRAPH 307.5. A REVISION IS REQUIRED TO INCORPORATE THE REVISED FACE SHEET OF SF-424, ISSUED IN APRIL 1984. THE ASSURANCES HAVE ELIMINATED TWO PREVIOUS FORMS.
