Abstract: THE INFORMATION (FORM) IS NEEDED TO RECEIVE BENEFITS UNDER THE SUDDEN AND SEVERE ECONOMIC DISLOCATION (SSED) PROGRAM. BECAUSE THE SSED PROGRAM RESPONDS TO SUDDEN AND SEVERE DISRUPTIONS TO A LOCAL ECONOMY, SPECIFIC AND NEW INFORMATION IN NEEDED TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM TO BE ADDRESSED. NO OTHER PROGRAM IN THE AGENCY IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS SUCH SPECIAL ADJUSTMENT NEEDS.
