Abstract: TO CARRY OUT THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 10(E) OF THE EPA, WHICH DIRECTS TH COMMISSION TO COLLECT ANNUAL CHARGED FROM HYDROPOWER LICENSEES FOR THE COST OF ADMINSTERING PART I OF FPA AND FOR USE OF UNITED STATES LANDS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE CHARGE TO BE ASSESSED LICENSEES FOR SUCH USE.
