Abstract: THE AGENCY WILL CONDUCT A BRIEF SCREENING CENSUS OF FACILITIES THAT MANAGE HAZARDOUS WASTE. THE SURVEY WILL OBTAIN STRATIFYING INFORMATION FOR SELECTING A SAMPLE FOR A MORE DETAILED SURVEY WHICH WILL BE DESIGN TO OBTAIN INFORMATION TO BE USED IN IMPLEMENTING THE LAND DISPOSAL RESTRICTIONS MANDATED BY THE HAZARDOUS AND SOLID WASTE AMENDMENTS OF 1984.
