Abstract: PART 24 APPLIES TO DOMESTIC SCHEDULED PASSENGER SERVICE PERFORMED BY U.S. AIRLINES. IT ALLOWS SUCH AIRLINES TO INCORPORATE TERMS BY REFERENCE INTO THEIR CONTRACT WITH PASSENGERS. THESE AIRLINES MUST NOTIFY ALL PASSENGERS THAT THEY INCORPORATE BY REFERENCE, AND MUST PRODUCE THE INCORPORATED TERMS UPON REQUEST.
