Terms of Clearance: Approval is granted subject to the following conditions: (1) that information collection requirements will be limited to product matrix data, e.g., product specifications and features, and (2) that revised regulations and/or other appropriate implementing documents and revised burden estimates reflecting this change be provided to OMB within 60 days. Information provided for the record failed to demonstrate the "practic utility" of collecting color banding data under the Multiple Award Schedule program, especially for those supply classifications in which prices are subject to frequent change. This action does not preclude later submission and reconsideration of information collection requirements to support color banding for specific supply classifications provided that there is a demonstration of "practical utility" under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 and the request is otherwise justified under the Act and 5 C.F.R. 1320.
