PRIOR TO TRAVEL, THE ADVICE RECEIVED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF
ACQUIRING MALARIA, AND THE ANTI-MALARIA MEASURES UTILIZED, A
QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY IS TO BE ADMINISTERED AMONG U.S. TRAVELERS
RETURNING FROM MALARIA COUNTRIES IN ASIA AND AFRICA.
