Abstract: REFUGEES. STATE-ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS. RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS FO THE REFUGEE PROGRAM APPEAR IN EXISTING RULES 45 CFR PARTS 400 AND 401. MAINTAIN OF SUCH RECORDS IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE ACCURATE REPORTING AND EFFECTIVE PROGRAM MONITORING. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS ARE USED FOR PROGRAM OVERSIGNT AN MANAGEMENT.
