Abstract: ELIGIBLE CONTRACTORS MUST MEET APPLICATION, REPORTING AND OTHER REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PROGRAM FUNDING WHICH IS SUPPLEMENTAL TO OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDING. CONTRACTORS AND INDIAN EDUCATION COMMITTEES DESIGN SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMS TO MEET THE SPECIAL AND UNIQUE EDUCATIONA NEEDS OF ELIGIBLE INDIAN STUDENTS. THE BUREAU MONITORS PROGRAMS AND PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
