Abstract: PI&E INVOLVES A PUBLIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION CAMPAIGN TO INCREASE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPROPRIATE USE OF THE EMS SYSTEM. A TELEPHONE SURVEY WILL BE USED FOR THE TEST AND COMPARISON SITES. IT WILL MEASURE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS OF EMS BEFORE AND AFTER THE CAMPAIGN.
