THE IMPACT OF THE WALSH-HEALY PUBLIC CONTRACTS ACT ON SMALL
SUPPLIERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
