Abstract: AID FINANCES TRANSACTIONS UNDER COMMODITY IMPORT PROGRAMS AND NEEDS TO ASSURE THAT THE TRANSACTION COMPLIES WITH APPLICABLE STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
