Abstract: RECORDKEEPING AND INFORMATION COLLECTION UNDER 7 CFR PART 59 IS NEEDED FROM THOSE PROCESSING AND HANDLING EGG PRODUCTS AND SHELL EGGS TO ENFORCE AND ADMINISTER THE EGG PRODUCTS INSPECTION ACT.
