Abstract: USDA/FNS REQUIRES INFORMATION ON MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICES DELIVERY IN THE WIC PROGRAM. THE DATA WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE TECHNIC ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL PROGRAM MANAGERS REGARDING WAYS TO MAXIMIZE SERVIC QUALITY WHILE MINIMIZING ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.
