Abstract: THIS PROJECT IS NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE FEASIBILITY AND COST-EFFECTIVENESS OF PROVIDING TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT TRAINING TO MENTALLY RETARDED SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME RECIPIENTS.
