Abstract: COLLECTION OF MARKING CONVENTIONS FROM OCS OPERATORS IS NECESSARY TO COMPILE A MASTER LIST FOR EACH OCS REGION. EACH MASTER LIST WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC TO ASCERTAIN OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT IN ORDER T SETTLE CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY SUCH EQUIPMENT IN THE OCS.
