Abstract: AUDITING AND FINANCIAL SYSTEM INFORMATION IS NEEDED FROM LESSEES AND LEASE OPERATORS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SALES AND ROYALTY DATA ON SOL MINERALS PRODUCED FROM LEASED FEDERAL AND INDIAN LANDS. THE DATA IS USED TO DOCUMENT PAYMENTS, TO MAINTAIN ROYALTY ACCOUNTS, AND FOR AUDITS.
