Abstract: THE MIGRANT AND SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL WORKER PROTECTION ACT PROVIDES THAT NO PERSON SHALL ENGAG IN ANY FARM LABOR CONTRACTING ACTIVITY UNLESS SUCH PERSON HAS A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION FROM THE SECRETARY SPECIFYING THE CONTRACTING ACTIVITIES WHICH HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED.
