Abstract: THE MIGRANT AND SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL WORKER PROTECTION ACT PROVIDES THAT NO PERSON MAY BE HIRED, EMPLOYED OR USED BY A FARM LABOR CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM FARM LABOR CONTRACTING ACTIVITIES UNLESS SUCH PERSON HAS A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION FROM THE SECRETARY SPECIFYING THE CONTRACTING ACTIVITIES WHICH HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED.
