Terms of Clearance: This survey is approved assuming the Office of Water will forward a corrected version of the survey and any associated mailings. ODW agreed to include questions relating to future capital planning by wat supply systems as a means for estimating the effect of federally mandated expenditures on planned activity. ODW also agreed to sample all systems in the largest size category, to correct the year (1984 to 1985) used in the actual survey forms, to be more specific about certain financial data, and to be more specific on how systems may claim confidentiality.
