OWNERS/OPERATORS SHALL MAINTAIN RECORDS OF DATA AND CALCULATIONS USED TO DETERMINE VOC EMISSIONS IN MONTHLY PERFORMANCE TESTS AND DAILY INCINERATION TEMPERATURES OR DAILY AMOUNTS OF SOLVENT RECOVERED.
