Abstract: THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION IS MADE IN ORDER TO MEET THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENT OF SECTION 8(C) OF THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA). MANUFACTURERS AND CERTAIN PROCESSORS OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANC AND MIXTURES ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP ALLEGATIONS THAT THEIR PRODUCTS CAUSED SIGNIFICANT ADVERSE REACTIONS TO HEALTH OR ENVIRONMENT.
