Abstract: THE AGENCY IS AMENDING THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PREMANUFACTURE NOTIFICATION RULE BY REQUIRING LIMITED RECORDKEEPING BY CERTAIN CHEMICAL MANUFACTURERS AND PROCESSORS IN SOME SIGNIFICANT NEW-USE RULES (SNUR'S). EPS USES THE INFORMATION IN THESE RECORDS FOR MONITORING COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD.
