FOR EMERGENCY PREPARDNESS PLANNING
FEMA NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO PREDICT THE POSITIVE RESPONSE LEVELS OF
ESSENTIAL WORKERS UNDER STRESS OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THE
ATTACHED INSTRUMENT IS DESIGNED TO MEASURE BEHAVIOR UNDER STRESS.
IT IS TO BE USED TO TEST A REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF 146 ESSENTIAL
WORKERS TO MEASURE THEIR POSITIVE RESPONSE LEVELS UNDER
STRESS.
