SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE INTERCOASTAL SHIPPING ACT, 1933.
IT ALSO PROVIDES FOR ACQUISITION OF DATA WHICH IS TO BE SUBMITTED
ONLY IN CERTAIN FORMAL PROCEEDINGS.
