Abstract: EVALUATE REQUESTS FOR PRICES, PROPOSALS, AND BIDS AND ON THE BASIS THEREOF, TO AWARD PURCHASE ORDERS AND CONTRACTS (SEE ITEMS 1-7), IDENTIFY AND CONTROL CARGO (ITEM 4), AND DETERMINE QUALIFICATIONS OF PANAMA CANAL COMMISSION (PCC) CONTRACTORS. ALSO, TO ASSURE THE PCC THA THE COMPANY BIDDING ON A CONTRACT IS ON A LIST OF CONTRACTORS DOING REGULAR BUSINESS WITH THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND THAT THEY ARE IN A SOLVE CONDITION (SEE ATTACHED DATA SHEET FOR ITEMS).
