Abstract: THE STUDY IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE BAS MEASURES OF THE WELL-BEING OF RURAL POPULATIONS POTENTIALLY AFFECTED B OCS DEVELOPMENT. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO PREPARE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS AND TO FULFILL MONITORING RESPONSIBILITIES. RESPONDENTS ARE RESIDENTS IN RURAL ALASKA POTENTIALLY AFFECTED BY OCS LEASING.
