Approved until
November 1986. Form 1600.1 appears to impose an unnecessary burden
by requiring entry of the form title or description at the time the
form is ordered. BATF should: 1) provide statistics o the use of
Form 1600.1 by client groups such as wine producers or distilled
spirits manufacturers and 2) develop one or more preprinted order
forms similar to F 1600.8 for use by other groups which place
repetitive orders for forms. Form 1600.8 may still be justified for
use for selected low volume forms.
