Abstract: DATA WILL BE COLLECTED IN APPROXIMATELY 35 CITIES FROM CITY OFFICIALS, OFFICIALS AT PHA'S, AND PROPERTY OWNERS AND LENDERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM. DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED IN THIS OMB-MANDATED EVALUATION TO PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE PICTURE OF THE PROGRAM.
