Abstract: VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION, VETERANS EDUCATION' 38 CFR 21.126 REQUIRES AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF ON-FARM TRAINING PROGRAMS TO INSURE THE SUCCESS OF THESE COMPLEX PROGRAMS. THIS FORM SERVES BOT TO PROJECT FUTURE TRAINING PLANS AND TO MEASURE THE SUCCESS OF PREVIOUS PLANS. THE FORM ASSISTS TO IDENTIFY NEEDS FOR TIMELY INTERVENTION BY THE CASE MANAGER IF PROBLEMS ARISE.
