Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED TO OBTAIN FROM PRODUCERS A RECORD FOR THEIR PRODUCTION AND DISPOSITION OF FLUE-CURED AND BURLEY TOBACCO. THE COUN ASC COMMITTEE USES THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE INDICATED VIOLATIONS, ESPECIALLY SALES OF TOBACCO PRODUCED IN EXCESS OF MAXIMUM PERMITTED OF THE FARM MARKETING QUOTA.
