Abstract: THE INFORMATION ON THESE FORMS PROVIDES THE AGENCY WITH A QUARTERLY STATUS OF THE USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS. THESE FUNDS ARE PROVIDED TO STATE AGENCIES AND GRANTEES FOR ADMINISTERING VARIOUS FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE (FNS) PROGRAMS.
