Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY USE OF THE FORM SSA-1305 IS NEEDED AND USED TO EVALUATE THE ELIGIBILITY OF SELECTED BENEFICIARIES RESIDING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THEIR BENEFIT PAYMENTS AND TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY AND COST-EFFECTIVENES OF SSA'S OPERATING POLICIES.
